Welcome to FIXI5. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FIXI5 is a home intelligence and trades booking platform operating in Ireland.

These terms govern your use of the FIXI5 website, mobile application, and all associated services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

All bookings made through FIXI5 are subject to vendor availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

FIXI5 acts as an intermediary platform connecting homeowners with verified tradespeople. We do not employ the tradespeople listed on our platform and are not liable for the quality of work performed.

No payment is collected at the time of booking. A secure payment link will be sent to your registered email address once the vendor marks the job as complete.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. FIXI5 charges a platform service fee of 5% on each completed transaction. Full pricing details will be outlined in your payment link.

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to €30.

To cancel a booking, log into your Home Passport account and navigate to My Bookings, or contact us at hello@fixi5.ie with your booking reference.

All vendors on the FIXI5 platform are required to hold valid public liability insurance, relevant trade certifications (e.g. RGI, RECI), and agree to FIXI5's quality standards before being listed.

Vendors are responsible for the quality of their work and must comply with all applicable Irish building regulations and safety standards. FIXI5 reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to meet our standards.

FIXI5 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to facilitate bookings and improve our service.
